The Dynamic Duo
Emmy and Meghan grew up in southern New Hampshire, often facing each other as opponents on the soccer field but never connecting as friends.
However, things changed when they both committed to a Division 1 institution, Stonehill College. Playing the same position in the midfield, they could have seen one another as competition, but instead saw their complementary skillsets as an opportunity to become a strong duo. They trained together, s'ported one another through successes and challenges, and built a bond that extended beyond the field.
As their collegiate soccer careers came to a close, they saw an opportunity to carry their teamwork and creativity into a new venture. Sportive was born from their shared passion and drive, representing another challenge they’re excited to take on together. Having competed at the highest collegiate level, they understand the demands and commitment required to excel both on and off the field. For Emmy and Meghan, two teammates, roommates, and best friends, this is just the beginning.
Emmy Dumaresq, Co-Founder
Emmy is a recent graduate of Stonehill College with a degree in Communication and Graphic Design, specializing in Media Studies. She combines creativity with innovation, bringing a fresh perspective to design, branding, and advertising. Through several internships and personal projects, she has gained hands-on experience in design, package creation & development, marketing, and analytics. Emmy thrives on blending creativity, strategy, and collaboration to craft impactful visual stories and bring ideas to life.
Meghan Lord, Co-Founder
Meghan is a recent graduate of Stonehill College with a degree in Health Science, bringing a unique blend of branding expertise and organizational skills to the game. With experience in sales, marketing, and social media management, she knows how to elevate brands and drive success in a competitive digital landscape. Meghan thrives on combining strategy and creative tactics to build strong, impactful brands.
