The ARC (Automated Receiving Cage) is a soccer training system - the first of its kind in the WORLD. It launches passes and shots out at you at various speeds, spins, and elevations - all while tracking your accuracy, speed, decision making, fitness level, and more. 

The ARC was created by John Michaelson  in Eagan, Minnesota, where the first ARC training facility is run. It is a 25,000 square foot Soccer enterTRAINment facility, with high level players traveling near and far to use it.
